Sterimedix Terms & Conditions of Sale
Orders:
(a) All orders which the Company receives for its products from the Customer are subject to acceptance by the Company.
(b) The Company will use its best efforts to fill the accepted orders as promptly as practicable, subject, however, to delays caused by other orders or requirements, transportation conditions, labour or material shortages, governmental restrictions or embargo, strikes, riots, fires or any other cause beyond the Company's control. In all cases the Company will use its best efforts to advise the Customer in advance of any inability to make full and timely delivery of any products which the Customer has previously ordered.
Payment:
(a) The Customer shall pay the Company for its products in £ Sterling in advance of shipping. Payment will be accepted by wire transfer or by credit card.
(b) The Company may change the schedule of prices at any time by giving the Customer ninety (90) days' notice.
(c) All prices shall be exclusive of customs, duties, taxes, freight and insurance, which charges shall be borne solely by the Customer.
Return of Products for Credit :
Unless the Company has authorized the return of its products, the Company will not accept from the Customer any products returned, nor make any exchange nor credit the Customer.
